TORONTO – May 14, 2019 – Ada, the market leader in automated customer experience (ACX), today announced that it has been included in the 2019 list of Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness. Ada received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.
The list of Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work. The data has a 90% confidence rate and a 5% margin of error.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year and at least 80% of employees must agree their workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy. Great Place to Work determined the best workplaces to include on the list based on the overall Mental Wellness Index score from employees as well as the range and quality of programs offered which encourage mental wellness.
“As our company has grown from 2 to over 100 in 3 years to meet the demand for our technology, we’ve always made employee health and wellness a priority,” said Chelsea MacDonald, Head of People at Ada. “Ramping up with speed can create a challenging culture, and our focus on finding balance is clearly reflected in this recognition as one of the Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness.”
